Top 5 Food Delivery Services on Unified Platform in Qatar: Q4 2024

In the fourth quarter of 2024, the food delivery sector in Qatar saw significant activity across various applications. According to Sensor Tower, the following are the top performers in terms of downloads and active users.

Snoonu: Food Delivery Service experienced a notable increase in weekly downloads, starting at 4.5K at the beginning of October and peaking at 20.5K by the end of the month. This trend continued, with fluctuations, ending the year at around 13.2K. Meanwhile, weekly active users grew steadily from 51K to over 106K.

Rafeeq: Food Delivery in Qatar showed a varied download pattern, beginning the quarter with 5.8K downloads and reaching a high of 13.4K in early October. The numbers then settled around 5.7K by the end of December. Active users exhibited a gradual increase, starting at 51K and peaking at 67K mid-December.

talabat: Food, grocery & more maintained a consistent download rate throughout the quarter, with numbers ranging from 5.3K to 7.7K. Active users remained relatively stable, starting at 365K and ending the quarter at 376K.

Ninja - نينجا showed significant growth in downloads, beginning the quarter at below 1K and peaking at over 12K in late November. The app’s active user base also rose, starting at 6.6K and reaching 17.5K before a slight decline towards the end of the year.

Deliveroo: Food & Shopping had a steady download increase from 1.6K to a high of 3.3K around Christmas time. Active users grew from 21.8K to 27.8K, showing a positive trend throughout the quarter.
